Hey guys so it's cassidy, I am here with a requested tip that I had already planned on making, so here is the giant tip for warped tour.

STUFF TO BRING;
 
BAG OR BACKPACK -
You will need to carry stuff in, and if you plan on buying merch you'll definitely need something to carry stuff out.
 
SUNSCREEN -
You will burn if you go without sunscreen (and probably even if you wear sunscreen) I don't care what skin type you are, if you don't burn easily. YOU NEED TO WEAR SUNSCREEN!! You will thank me for this the next day.
 
MONEY -
This is a bit of a no brainier, if you want to buy anything you'll need money. So bring as much as you can depending on what all you plan on buying.
 
SUNGLASSES -
It'll be really bright and you will want to have a pair on you.
 
SHARPIES -
If you want to get stuffed signed this is a good thing to bring. You can put it in your pocket or bag, it's not that hard too keep around (although I would suggest putting it in your bag)
 
FOOD -
The stuff there is really expensive, so bring little snacks if you'd rather spend money on band merch that overpriced food.
 
WATER -
Bring a big empty water bottle, yes empty, you are not allowed to being liquids in (they don't want you bringing in alcohol) and you can fill it up in the water tent. You will get really thirsty and having a water bottle with you is always a good idea so you can carry around a lot. YOU NEED WATER. There have been people who have passed at warped, may they rest in peace, from dehydration. So don't go to warped without a water bottle, it's for your own safety, and it's smarter than paying money for a small cup of water they give out.
 
WHEN GETTING READY;
 
HAIR AND MAKEUP-
Make sure you keep your hair out of your face because you will get sweaty. If you are going to wear makeup, wear waterproof, otherwise it'll be all over you face, and if you do wear makeup, do not wear a lot. It's not smart to do that at any concert, let alone warped.
 
DRESS COMFORTABLY -
You do not need to try and impress anyone. It's a concert, no one is going to be focused on how you look. Dress comfortably, wear shorts and a tank too because it will get hot. And don't wear anything too important, because chances are you might not leave with it, or it will be destroyed.
 
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND;
 
CHARGE YOUR PHONE-
You will need this invade you're trying to contact someone and to check times and keep track of who is playing and when. You need to make sure your phone is charged, I can't stress that enough.
 
GET PLENTY OF SLEEP THE DAY BEFORE-
You are going to be dead tired by the time you get home, so don't be tired already going into it. I remember the last concert I went to, which was only 5 to 6 hours, I was excused after. So you really need to sleep a lot the day before to make sure you have the energy to go all day.
 
EAT HEALTHY BEFORE -
So the day before not only will you need lots of sleep but you need to eat healthy and drink lots of water so you don't get sick or anything. Healthy is good for the next day of constant walking and concert events. Drink lots of water the night before too keep you hydrated as well.
 
GET READY DAY BEFORE -
Make sure you get everything packed so you don't have to rush in the morning. Charge everything as I mentioned earlier, and make sure you know how to get to the venue. Also go over the plan with whoever you're going with, and plan when you're going to get up and leave.
 
DAY OF;
 
EAT -
You'll want energy for the day so eat at home once you get up.
 
PUT ON SUNSCREEN BEFORE-
Before you leave make sure you put on a good amount of sunscreen so you don't get burned.
 
CHECK BAG -
Don't want to forget anything important like your tickets or money. Make sure you have everything you need.
 
GET THERE EARLY-
The line will be HUGE if you don't get there as soon as possible. I personally am going to try and leave at 5 am when I go, just so I can get in early.
 
FIND THE SHOW TIMES -
There is a huge blow up thing with the bands playing times on it, write down the bands you want to see and what time they will be playing and where they will be playing on your phone so you can make sure to see everyone you wanted to see and meet some bands as well.
 
GET TO THE TENTS -
Go to the tents you want to go to quickly, some bands will only let you meet them if you get a special thing from certain tents, and there is a limited amount of special items so make sure you get there quick.
 
HAVE FUN -
Don't be rude, or be worried about what anyone thinks, just go and have fun listening to music and being with friends.
